40: recent realizations & advice for my past self

I have been doing really good lately when it comes to a lot of things, but something I haven’t chatted about a lot (or ever mentioned here on da blog) is the fact that I have paused therapy for the last few months. It’s been over 3 years in consistent therapy for me— either once a week or every other week— and it’s been weird not to have it. I had changed to a new counselor who was great, but I kept thinking back to
